  2. Nominate your hero by filling out the form here or emailing us at hello@hammondsglamping.com with a reason why they deserve to win.

  3. Winners will be announced monthly, from now until May 2025!

Hammonds Glamping Hero Night - Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

    • Employees of Hammonds Glamping and their immediate families, as well as individuals connected to the competition, are not eligible to enter.

  2. Nominations

    • Participants may nominate someone they feel is deserving of recognition for their contributions, efforts, or positive impact in their community or personal life.

    • Self-nominations are not permitted.

  3. Entry Process

    • To nominate a hero, participants must complete the following steps:
      a) Like the competition post on Instagram or Facebook.
      b) Follow @hammondsglamping on Instagram or Facebook .
      c) Submit a nomination either through the Hammonds Heroes page entry form above, or by emailing hello@hammondsglamping.com.       Nominations must include the nominee’s name, a brief explanation of why they deserve recognition, and the nominator’s contact details.

  4. Selection of Winners

    • Two winners will be chosen each month between January and May 2025, for a total of 10 winners.

    • Winners will be selected based on the information provided in the nominations and will be judged by the Hammonds Glamping team.

    • All decisions are final, and no correspondence regarding the selection process will be entered into.

  5. Prizes

    • Winners will receive a free midweek night's stay at Hammonds Glamping for themselves and their family (up to 3 others).

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  6. Prize Redemption

    • The free night’s stay will take place on Monday 11th August 2025. This date is subject to change at the discretion of Hammonds Glamping.

    • Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

    • If the selected winner cannot attend on the designated date, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative dates, cash, or other alternatives.

  7. General Terms

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    • Hammonds Glamping reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

    • Nominees’ personal information will only be used for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

    • Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including social media content, related to the competition.

  8. Liability

    • Hammonds Glamping is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect entries.

    • The prize is provided "as is," and Hammonds Glamping accepts no responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the winner from redeeming their prize.
